Hello, I'm Steffani. I help people take ownership of their sales tax needs. This means that I help businesses, accountants, and individuals find answers to their indirect tax questions.

I've spent the last 10+ years working in the indirect tax space - first as an auditor for the State of Utah, then joining the technology sector and helping build the TaxJar AutoFile product. 

This experience has taught me that I am passionate about helping businesses do their taxes the right way - no one should be in fear or intimidated by sales tax.

In my spare time, I love to read and am currently on a mission to read all Agatha Christie books - and try to answer the age old question of which sleuth is preferred - Hercule Poirot or Jane Marple.
